KHR Company Ltd. have over 30 years experience in the flooring trade. Established in 1980 by Karl Roese, we continue to be a family run business with the emphasis on value, quality, safety, economy and customer service. Today we are proud of our enduring partnership with Lagler and our status as the sole Lagler UK distributor.

The full range of Lagler floor sanding machines, accessories and parts are solely imported and represented in the UK by KHR Company Ltd. We offer a nationwide service with guaranteed fast turnaround times and provide full stock availability of all spare parts.

KHR Company Ltd. began its story back in 1981 with its founders Karl and Jeanne Roese. The small family business began selling flooring products and services to locals with great success. In 1982 KHR became the sole UK agents to Lagler and began distributing the revolutionary HUMMEL® floor sander.

In 1993, the Lagler Trio was introduced to market and solidified our status as Lagler’s UK Agent. With flooring companies keen to own the new model, we were able to grow new relationships across the country and expanded our small team for the first time. In 2001 the business moved into our new home in Portswood.

With the rise of wooden flooring over the last 20 years we have successfully provided Lagler products for the refinishing of wooden floors to include floor sanding machines, finishes, abrasives, tools, training and accessories. Following the retirement of Karl and Jeanne, their children Katie and Peter took directorship of the family business and continue to work closely with Lagler and our valued customers.

KHR has concentrated on providing the flooring trade with only the best brands and tools available in the industry. We are proud to be the sole UK agents for Lagler and have specialist knowledge of the Lagler brand, product availability and services for the professional refinishing of wooden floors across the UK. Thanks to decades of proven research and experience, Lagler floor sanding machines cater to even the most complex flooring requirements without compromise, with machines achieving a lifespan of up to 30 years of use.
